Message from Jhonna Turner, Founder

On behalf of the next generation, our Board of Directors, and our faithful volunteers and partners, this movement thanks you. We are strengthening the village that is raising DC’s future young minds by cultivating community power, which is a transformational bend toward justice in education.

We have the power to make changes in our communities and schools to heal, restore, and make a difference. While we push the government, we do not depend on it. As a community, we provide the resources to strategically plan the future of our beautiful, brilliant, and possibility-filled young students.
